Trinity of Management

At the core of Enterprise Facilitatin® is the Trinity of Management. Managing successful small businesses or microenterprises requires peak business efficiency in three areas – production of a product or service, ability to market the product or service, and ability to forecast and manage the finances associated with the venture.

 

Entrepreneurs have a love or “passion” for one or two  of these  business functions, and reluctantly complete the others. The Entrepreneurial Myth that is perpetuated is that the business owner MUST be proficient at all three, and that technical training is the solution. 

The Trinity of Management asserts that no entrepreneur truly has a passion for  finance, marketing, and production nor are there enough hours in the day for one person to effectively perform all three duties. The principle is doing not make the entrepreneur do the things they do not like to do or do well.

Enterprise Facilitation teaches entrepreneurs to capitalize on their passion and from a management team to assist with the other elements of operating a business. Helping the entrepreneur to build this team is one way the community resource board can assist the entrepreneur.
