Participation Opportunities Minimize

This project is a collaboration of numerous individuals, enterprises and in multiple locations from The City of The Dalles, south along the Deschutes River to Madras, in central Oregon. You can participate in many ways.

Are You...

  • A Citizen or Community Champion?
  • A Teacher or Youth Leader?
  • An Government Official?
  • A potential Sponsor?
  • Just curious?

ENTERPRISE FACILITATOR REFERRAL
Our project is a Sirolli Institute Enterprise Facilitation model of 'grass-roots' economic development. Participation has many forms. You can help your local community by referring entrepreneurs and people that have a dream of starting their own business to our Enterprise Facilitator, Greg Hohensee. His assistance is FREE and CONFIDENTIAL.

RESOURCE BOARD
You can share your expertise and social network as a member of the 'Resource Board'.  It takes less than a two hours a month, and makes a pretty strong statement in support of start-up and expanding businesses.

MANAGEMENT BOARD
The organizers are also volunteers who care about their community. Each Management Board Member helps 'run' the program by leading the 'business' part of the enterprise. They meet more frequently to lead the fundraising and organizational bits of the project.

INFORMATION FACILITATORS
This is a small number of 'techies' or 'geeks' that love to 'tell stories' with the tools of video, the web and omni-media. If you'd like to 'blog' or capture overcoming stories of local enterprises, or do online marketing, then this is a team to 'chat' with. They meet online, from all around the world, and you're seeing the outcome of their work right here.

SPONSORS
It's essential to us that sponsoring participants realize a strong return on investment. You can see some of the reward in the success stories, and some in the video testimonials. There's benefits through the marketing, and public awareness of your contribution of time, finance and in-kind services. The sustainability of this project relies on a sizable number of sponsors, each doing a small part - and we're working to demonstrate the value of your participation.
